On site facilities also include a luxurious Indoor Heated Swimming Pool, a Games Room with table tennis & table football, and a group dining/event room 'The Walnut Room' (seating 22). There is an onsite laundry room, newly installed EV charging points and a wood-fired Sauna close by (booking and payment in advance). Ample private parking

Several cottages can be booked for a family get-together, celebration or even a friends reunion. Weekend, midweek breaks, weekly stays or longer stays available. Any combination of cottages can be booked to accommodate different group sizes. Hen/stags groups - exclusive use of the whole site only, please.
Edge of the village location. Only 5 miles from Bath and 2 miles from Bradford on Avon. In an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, with Lime Kiln Cottage being disabled accessible (M2 graded). The converted single storey cow byres retain many of the original features including natural stone walls, exposed beams, vaulted ceilings and stone pillars. Shared garden. Each cottage has its own patio area with garden furniture (individual chairs) and sun parasol within a shared landscaped area.
We are set on a working sheep farm in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Regular buses to Bath or Bradford on Avon and beyond every hour throughout the day. Train stations at Bradford on Avon and Bath.
On neighbouring farm is Hartley Farm Shop and barn cafe (500m). Cafe serves all day breakfast, lunches and cakes. Our local pub, the Seven Stars is also under 500m serving good food and local ales.
