Church Farm, Winterton-on-Sea, Norfolk

Church Farm is an impressive Georgian farmhouse that sits in the middle of a well tended 1/3 acre garden in which you will find a hot tub in its own log cabin. The house offers holiday let accommodation for up to 16 guests plus 2 travel cots. There is also a lovely shady terrace by the magnolia tree with a table seating 16 for al fresco dining and including a charcoal barbecue. The house has been refurbished and transformed from a very loved family home into a wonderful holiday home with a relaxed coastal theme, ideal for friends and family get togethers.

On the ground floor you will find 2 sitting rooms, a conservatory, a large kitchen with sitting area and dining room with a bespoke dining table - the real heart of the house. The games room, complete with pool table and table tennis table, and a downstairs wc and boot room complete the ground floor accommodation.

Upstairs the 7 bedrooms provide a large family room with a separate bunk room and en suite bathroom, a triple en suite family room with king size bed and on a lower level a single bed, a further en suite bedroom, 2 double bedrooms, a twin room and a single room. A separate wc and family bathroom with a corner bath and separate shower cubicle. All the beds are made up ready for your arrival using crisp Egyptian cotton linen.

The house is located in Winterton-on-Sea just over 5 minutes walk from the amazing sandy beach and sand dunes. Winterton-on-Sea is a hidden gem; the quaint village is a short walk away from the house and offers an award-winning fish and chip shop, a post office and general store, a coffee shop and great pub offering great food at affordable prices. The pub has a large table at the rear which can seat 16. Or if you fancy eating at home around our wonderful dining table - no problem you will find the kitchen very well equipped or maybe arrange for our private chef to cook dinner for you.

Further afield you can easily reach the Norfolk Boards offering lots to do including boat trips, walking and watersports.

Lastly, we love dogs and are happy to have up to 4 well behaved dogs to stay.
