## About The Property

Within easy reach of some of Cornwall's finest beaches, the Cider Barn at Trenant is perfect for families, groups of friends, seaside holidays and long weekends away.

This ancient Barn recently completed a stunning conversion. The renovations have been sympathetic but retain many original features, whilst incorporating the latest modern designs and technology. The property is furnished to the highest standard, using predominantly reclaimed timber, producing unique, individual, bespoke pieces.

The ground floor is a spacious open plan design, including a fully equipped modern kitchen, light and spacious, and comprehensively equipped for all catering requirements. A stunning glass topped teak root dining table that comfortably seats 16 is the focal point of the room with a large lounge with loads of sofa space surrounding the double aspect wood burning stove. Also on the ground floor is a spacious TV room, with wrap around sofas. Plus a well equipped utility room at one end, and double bedroom with en suite shower at the other.

The open tread staircase leads to the first floor bedrooms - 6 further large double bedrooms, with en suite shower rooms, and a double bedroom with master bathroom opposite with free standing bath.

Outside is a south facing landscaped area, a well equipped outdoor kitchen with wood fired pizza oven and a games room. The 16 metre indoor pool is heated all year round and located adjacent to the barn with an outdoor hot tub. There are various seating and lounging areas, all with luxury outdoor cushions and parasols. A wonderful grassed area is full of specimen trees and scenic valley views and ample car parking.

The Cider Barn has serious eco-sustainable credentials, with our own spring water supply (mineral water straight from the tap). We heat all our own hot water (including enough for the indoor heated pool), produce all our electricity and have a wood burning stove (using wood grown in the grounds), just in case.

Overall it's the location that is so captivating; set in a sheltered valley location the Cider Barn is very quiet and peaceful.

## Facilities

- **Dog Friendly:** Dogs welcome, restricted to ground floor in the Barn and not allowed on the furniture. There is a £50/week dog charge.
- **Accessibility:** Extra wide front floor adjacent to vehicle unloading. There is a ground floor bedroom with wide door access into the en suite bathroom.
- **WiFi:** Dedicated fibre optic cable broadband providing excellent WiFi throughout the Barn.
- **Kitchen:** Open plan, 2 single ovens, 2 dishwashers, 5 ring ceramic hob, built-in microwave, large fridge, under-counter freezer, loads of storage space.
- **Dining Room:** Centre of the open plan living area with glass topped teak root dining table, comfortably seats 16, separate round 4 seater dining table.
- **Sitting Room:** Extensive area of sofas wrapped around a central wood burning fire with various coffee tables and lamps.
- **TV and Music Facilities:** Separate TV room with 54" smart TV and wrap around sofas with central coffee table.
- **Games Room:** Table tennis table situated in the old woodshed alongside the fully equipped outdoor kitchen with pizza oven.
- **Heating and Open Fires:** All hot water, towel rails heated by solar panels and air source heat pump, powered by our own electricity in addition to the wood burning stove.
- **Bedrooms:** 8 double bedrooms: 3 are superking zip and links (convert to twins if required), 5 king size doubles.
- **Linen:** All bed linen (duvets), towels and bath mats are supplied, with pool dressing gowns and towels and some additional beach towels.
- **Bathrooms:** 7 en suite with large walk in showers, basin, toilet, large master bathroom with freestanding bath as well, all with heated towel rails.
- **Children's Facilities:** Indoor heated pool, hot-tub, table tennis table in covered outdoor area and 2 acres of private landscaped grounds.
- **Outdoor:** Fully equipped covered outdoor kitchen with pizza oven, complete catering for 16. Loungers, steamer chairs, table and chairs, coffee tables, parasols.
- **Swimming Pool:** Large 16m long, 1.4m deep indoor pool, heated to 30C with patio area and hot tub.
- **Parking:** Large on-site parking area as well as vehicle loading/unloading area adjacent to the Barn.
- **Smoking:** Non-smoking.
