Full-width bi-fold doors open directly onto the garden, blending indoor and outdoor living and making it easy to enjoy everything from relaxed breakfasts to long summer evenings. A practical utility room and downstairs cloakroom add convenience for longer stays.

Outside, the south-facing garden is secure, sunny and perfect for all ages. With a patio and outdoor seating area, it’s ideal for al fresco dining, barbecues or simply relaxing after a day on the beach.

Upstairs, Cirrus offers four beautifully styled bedrooms. The main bedroom enjoys sea-facing views and a calming, light-filled atmosphere, along with a private en-suite. A second king bedroom also benefits from its own en-suite, while a flexible twin room (which can be configured as a super king) and an additional king room share a modern family bathroom. The layout makes it perfect for mixed groups, offering both togetherness and privacy.

The location is a standout feature. The beach is just a short stroll away, perfect for morning swims, paddleboarding or sunset walks along the shoreline. East Wittering’s shops, cafés and restaurants are also within easy reach, while scenic coastal paths lead to West Wittering’s famous sandy beach. Chichester is just a short drive away, offering culture, dining and historic charm.

With off-street parking for up to three cars, Cirrus is a superb base for a memorable seaside escape all year round. Please note - throughout July & August we only accept booking of 7 nights or more with a Saturday change over day.
