Cleveland House is a large, thoughtfully designed house in Westbourne, Bournemouth, ideal for groups and offering space, comfort and an easy walk to the beach. The house sleeps 16 or more guests across 8 en suite bedrooms, making this house well suited to families, groups of friends, celebrations and work retreats. Hen groups are welcome by prior arrangement. Pets are also welcome.

Inside, the house has been fully refurbished and designed with a fresh mix of colour and contemporary furnishings. The bedrooms include one on the ground floor which is ideal for less mobile guests. All beds are king size, apart from 1 double sofa bed making bedroom 5 a family room. There is also a 4 person infrared sauna with its own bathroom plus an additional ground-floor toilet.

The main living spaces include a dining room that seats 16, a large lounge with 3 sofas, a 65 inch TV and surround sound, and a well equipped kitchen. A separate utility room with washer and dryer provides extra fridge and freezer space, along with storage for bikes, golf clubs and beach gear. Patio doors open onto a south facing terrace with seating and a barbecue, perfect for relaxed evenings together. The games room is popular with younger guests for table football and arcade games.

The house is just 15 minutes from a sandy beach, reached by a peaceful walk through a wooded glade. Westbourne village is only a 2 minute walk away and is full of independent delis, cafes, restaurants and relaxed bars. Bournemouth town centre, with its beaches, shops and attractions, is close by and easy to reach on foot, by bike or by public transport.

Cleveland House is well placed for active breaks, with surfing, jet skiing, boat hire, cycling and golf all nearby. Guests can also explore further along the coast using the open top bus, or take a local boat trip to Poole Quay, Sandbanks, Brownsea Island and Old Harry Rocks. In winter, Bournemouth’s festive events and Winter Wonderland make this a year round destination.
