Cliffe House is a Grade II listed Victorian house that is available for hire every weekend throughout the year. It is the ideal base for cyclists, walkers, explorers, nature lovers, family and friends gatherings or even group reunions. The house can accommodate up to 77 guests and offers versatile packages to group bookings. Our facilities are perfect for groups with children and our stunning woodland adventure playground really sets us apart from your average outdoor centre. Positioned between Sheffield, Leeds and Manchester, Cliffe House is easily accessed by the M1 and M62 motorways. The stunning countryside around us, including the Peak District National Park, provides miles of road and off-road cycling tracks - the now infamous Holme Moss climb is just a short ride away. Other nearby adventurous activities include climbing, fell running, canoeing, sailing, caving and shooting. If your group is interested in any on-site activities such as archery, climbing tower, bushcraft or buggy-building, please do get in touch - we may be able to offer these at certain times.
