The Clipper occupies the ground and first floor of Clipper House. All comes with onsite parking for upto 8 cars Built high up into the rockface of West Looe, overlooking the beach and the pretty fishing port and town. Our panoramic views are simply 'Stunning' - with a walk to town, bars, restaurants or beach location - we have it all Need more accommdation? On the 2nd floor of Clipper House we have 2 completely separate, self contained apartments - Crows Nest 3 bed room and Mainsail 2 bedroom,  which can be hired for more accommodation/space - or separately Each apartment comes with onsite parking too Looe is an unspoilt Cornish coastal gem, with its rugged coastline and sandy beaches. Scenic boat tours and restaurants are all within easy walking distance/reach. Looe also has a train station with trains that run between Looe and Liskeard, with further connections. A river divides Looe into East and West, linked by a 7-arched, stone bridge. Wander the towns independant shops, pubs, restaurants and cafes. Or enjoy the fabulous safe sandy beach of East Looe For walkers, hikers and cyclists, we're adjacent to the Coastal Path offering spectacular stretches of coastline and beaches to explore. ## Facilities - **Dog Friendly:** 2 dogs maximum (permitted to downstairs only not in any bedroom please) @ £50 each. - **Accessibility:** Unfortunately there are no facilities for disabled guests. - **WiFi:** Free WiFi available. - **Kitchen:** Commercial style kitchen with prep areas, large cooking range and separate gas grill, dishwasher, instant hot water, 2 fridges, freezer. - **Dining Room:** Light and spacious, seating & dining together for 20 people with The Wonky Donkey Bar, adjacent. - **Sitting Room:** Club Style Lounge with truly gorgeous panoramic views of Looe, Looe Bay, Estuary and the sea beyond & smart TV - **TV and Music Facilities:** Full Sky TV package, separate Games Room, Pool Table, Darts & ground floor surround system Bluetooth, radio and CD. - **Games Room:** Pool table, darts board, Neptune's chess table, books and games. - **Heating and Open Fires:** Central heating throughout. - **Bedrooms:** 1 family room (king & att/sep bunk room), 2 king, 2 double, 2 twin, & Crews Quarters with 2 bunks.
