Coach House Cottages York is an exclusive gated holiday development of new properties 15 minutes drive from York, making this a relaxing choice for holiday guests, weekenders and business clients alike. With York very close by and with a thriving social scene, this is also a fabulous choice for sophisticated girls get togethers and hen weekends.

The Old Coach House, a 3 storey manor house, lends itself well to large social gatherings, with interlinking reception rooms and a formal banqueting room. The sumptuous bedrooms are spread over 2 floors, and some have en suite facilities.

The other cottages are equally luxurious and well equipped, with large social spaces.

These beautifully converted buildings occupy a rural setting with all the benefits of village living such as farm shops, cafes and glorious walks, yet are only 15 minutes drive from the historic city of York for culture, excellent dining and nightlife. Leave the car behind for the day (or night) and take the bus, which passes the gates. Approx cost from York in a taxi is £3.40 per person (when sharing)

Pocklington is our nearest town and worth exploring - there's a great cinema and arts centre to visit - and a trip to the seaside is a breath of fresh air, with miles of sandy beaches and stunning views.
