The Cob is a converted barn at Venn Farm, designed by award-winning architects. It sleeps 9 + cot. It has a cedar clad hot tub on a private terrace. A great venue for families and friends to enjoy a special occasion or reunion and is perfectly situated near the surf beaches of the North Devon and Cornwall coasts.

The Cob has a very large, light-filled, open-plan reception room, plus a well kitted out kitchen-diner with a range cooker and island and a double height dining area. The reception room has 2 comfy sofas with an additional armchair, a flat screen TV, and a Bose sound system. Downstairs there's a double bedroom with king-size bed and en-suite shower room, and a separate guest WC, plus easy access to the hot tub on the western terrace. There is underfloor heating throughout.

Upstairs the barn overlooks open countryside towards the Bude canal. The clerestory windows run along the length of the barn and encourage wildlife watching. There's a family bathroom with complimentary Haekels toiletries, plus 3 additional bedrooms: a double, with king-size bed, a twin/double (can be arranged as either with zip and link beds), and a fun bunk room, which also has a truckle bed, so sleeps 3 comfortably. The bunks are full size single beds but please note the top bunk is quite high so not recommended for children under the age of 8.

The hot tub is on the western terrace. Perfect for the sunsets. There are two private terraces and a large grassy garden, perfect for football, al fresco breakfasts or evening sundowners. 

Venn Farm has three unique hideaways, designed for privacy which can be rented separately or together. The Cob sleeps 9, The Farmhouse sleeps 8 and The Red Barn sleeps 4. 21 in total. There are generous spaces to get together and ample space to spread out.
