Colan has 7 beautiful, contemporary bedrooms, 2 en suite, with 2 further full family bathrooms, one being on the ground floor with easier access, coupled with a separate handy toilet cloakroom, easily accessed from outside. The house can be naturally divided to offer further privacy if sharing with several families and friends, with the heart of the home remaining the fireside dining room and stunning farmhouse kitchen, complete with 4 oven Aga overlooking the sunsetting valley to the sea. After dinner relax in the log burning lounge whilst the children head for the snug beside the 'popcorn' galley kitchen - perfect hang out. The handy boot room and laundry houses a washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities. Along with an outdoor wet suit rinsing tank and hanging wall, the ideal place, after a long day on the beach, for hanging up your boots and wetsuits with ease. Colan’s grounds were made with entertaining in mind, with an outdoor heated pool (June to October), and muscle easing hot tub positioned in the stunning historic ruins.
