There is a fully equipped catering kitchen although you might prefer to arrange with the owner for outside caterers to come in and do it for you. On balmier evenings, take advantage of the outside patio and seating areas for a barbecue while taking in the spectacular surroundings of the castle.
The Canoustie Golf Course is just 5 miles away from Colliston Castle as well as opportunities for river fishing, sea fishing, walking and seaside recreation. There is so much choice to keep all members of your group happy!
Enter the castle via the vaulted impressive entrance hall, enough to whet your appetite for a wonderful experience. The 4 reception rooms are on the first floor with a variety of extraordinary spaces for all ages and tastes including a drawing room and a turret library. There is even a smaller lounge with a TV, perfect for children to relax away from the adults.
The kitchen is very well equipped for large group catering with pretty much 2 of everything, including dishwashers. There is a handy utility room next door too, with a washing machine.
Bedrooms are a lovely combination of doubles, 4 posters, singles and twins to suit all members of your gathering. We have 4 en suites but bathroom facilities overall are plentiful and conveniently positioned. One has a whirlpool bath and another original Victorian features, while others have modern walk in showers for maximum comfort.
