The Colzium Mansion is an estate house situated in the Pentlands, nestled amongst 5 acres of countryside, and can accommodate 21+ guests.

Colzium is comprised of two parts:
The Farmhouse Estate sleeps 12
Hillside Cottage (annexe) sleeps 9

Collectively the property features 9 bedrooms, two kitchens and a pantry. The large communal function room can seat up to 21 guests, making this space ideal for celebrations, banquet and dinner events, and it's also a great space for watching sports events.

The Edinburgh Colzium Mansion is a large holiday house near Edinburgh but surrounded by beautiful country landscapes. This is the perfect accommodation for large groups looking to stay outside of the city but with easy access to all that Edinburgh has to offer, including vibrant nightlife, within a 40 minute drive. It's a fantastic option for family get-togethers, and also well-behaved stag and hen groups. And if you want to escape the city completely, sit back and enjoy the countryside peace and quiet.

If your group is looking for a few fun activities to bring everyone together, we can arrange a Highland Games event on site. Alternatively, there's a fantastic outdoor multi-activity site just a 10 minute drive away, where you can choose from quad biking, clay shooting, archery, and many more activities!

We also have a hot tub that can be hired for an additional fee.

The Colzium Mansion can accommodate an additional 4 guests on blow up mattresses, to sleep a total of 25 guests if required.

9 bedrooms and 20 total beds, all singles except 1 double. Farmhouse Estate: 1 quad, 1 twin, 2 triples. Hillside Cottage: 3 twin, 1 double, 1 single.

1 toilet, 1 bathroom with shower, and 3 en suites with shower in main house. Hillside Cottage has 1 bathroom and 1 en suite with shower.
