Friendly, relaxing atmosphere. Green Tourism Gold Award. The Steading (sleeps 48) is set around a south-facing courtyard with BBQ and fire pit. All rooms are en suite and facilities include a spacious kitchen with commercial dishwasher. The Farmhouse (sleeps 14/16), is opposite the Steading. It is an attractive old house with a large kitchen/diner, lounge and garden for alfresco dining. There is a large bright meeting room and a barn for hire - both perfect for functions. Other facilities include: - Bike hire and dedicated trails network - Freedom to use our 230 acre estate for field activities, walking, biking or orienteering - Lots of things to do: volleyball, basketball, football, fishing, mountain biking, movies, barbecue, games - Conference/function room seating up to 100 Glasgow or Edinburgh are just over 1 hour away. We are located at the base of a 3000ft mountain in an area with a wealth of history, fantastic scenery and activities in the local area.
