The Concrete Castle, or Freston Water Tower, comfortably accommodates 18 guests making it perfect for all large groups celebrating every kind of occasion. Whether it's a big birthday, a hen party or just a get together with family and friends, the luxurious 7 floors of accommodation caters for all.

The Concrete Castle won't fail to impress: with a vast modern kitchen, multi-functional living room, 3 floors of bedrooms, an entertainment floor with theatre style cinema room and even a lift which gives access to one of the bedroom floors and the entertainment floor (and can accommodate a wheelchair - although please note there are no specific facilities for disabled guests). In addition, when you finally reach the top of this 80ft tower, guests can enjoy the breathtaking 360 degree views across the Shotley Peninsular.

Situated in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, The Concrete Castle provides the ideal place to stay while exploring riverside and country walks and bike rides or enjoying the local pubs in quiet surroundings. The lovely Suffolk coast is easily accessible and it's only a short journey from London.

## Facilities

- **Dog Friendly:** 2 dogs permitted.
- **Accessibility:** Spread over 7 floors with a lift for access to one of the bedroom floors and the entertainment floor. No special facilities for disabled guests.
- **Hot Tub:** No hot tub on site but guests are welcome to hire one themselves with prior agreement by us.
- **WiFi:** Intercoms on all floors. WiFi. Good mobile reception.
- **Kitchen:** Large kitchen is well equipped for big groups including 3 ovens, 3 fridges, 1 freezer, 2 microwaves, 2 kettles, 2 toasters and plenty of crockery.
- **Dining Room:** The open plan kitchen/dining is great for socialising with a large breakfast bar, a separate table seating 18 and doors to the outside seating area.
- **Sitting Room:** The entire first floor is the living area so there's ample space for all guests; 4 large sofas, comfy armchairs, a 85” TV, media wall & a pool table.
- **TV and Music Facilities:** Living room: 85" TV, media wall. All bedrooms: TV/DVD. Entertainment floor: 2 x 42" TVs, Nintendo Wii, Xbox, cinema theatre, karaoke & playstation.
- **Games Room:** Entertainment floor plus pool table.
- **Heating and Open Fires:** LPG gas central heating.
- **Bedrooms:** 9 bedrooms over 3 floors. This can easily accommodate individual families. Each floor has 3 bedrooms – a master with en suite and 2 further bedrooms.
- **Linen:** All bed linen and towels provided with the exception of travel cots. Mattresses and bedding not provided for travel cots.
- **Bathrooms:** 3 en suite showers, 1 family bathroom with bath/shower, 2 family bathrooms with small tub/showers.
- **Children's Facilities:** Games consoles, cinema, arcade machine, pool table & board games. Outdoor playhouse, basketball, table tennis. High chairs, travel cots & stair gates.
- **Outdoor:** Outside seating area and roof garden with seating and a viewing platform. Small basketball court, table tennis and small playhouse.
- **Parking:** Parking for 10 cars.
- **Smoking:** Strictly no smoking or vaping inside property or on roof deck.
