Sleeping from 5 up to 21 guests across the Lodge (17) and Studio (4), it works particularly well for families and friends, walking and outdoor groups, organised retreats and business teams who want somewhere comfortable to spend proper time together. At the heart of the Lodge is a large commercial kitchen and spacious, flexible communal room for cooking, eating and relaxing together. The room can also be cleared or rearranged for workshops, yoga, meditation and other group activities. There are four bedrooms, separate shower areas and four WCs. Beds are made up with hospitality-quality cotton linen, hypoallergenic duvets and Welsh wool throws, with individual dimmable reading lights, bedside storage and lockers. The bedrooms are deliberately kept low-tech, with charging and WiFi available in the shared areas rather than the sleeping spaces. Outside are four acres of private woodland, riverside and mountain landscape, with quiet places to sit, a communal fire circle, BBQ areas and walks from the door. On clear evenings, being within the Eryri International Dark Sky Reserve makes the night sky rather special too. Roman Bridge railway station connects to all mainline stations via Llandudno Junction and is around a 7–8 minute walk away, while Betws-y-Coed, Yr Wyddfa, Zip World, Portmeirion, the Welsh Highland Railway and the North Wales coast are all within easy reach. An optional Wellness Package can be arranged in advance, including a wood-fired sauna, hot spa pool, cold-water plunge and hammocks. A separate self-contained Studio sleeping up to four may also be booked, subject to availability, which can work particularly well for organisers or retreat leaders. Groups wanting greater privacy can ask about booking both properties together. Snowdonia Hub is a peaceful retreat and is not a party venue. ## Facilities - **Dog Friendly:** We cannot accept dogs I'm afraid. - **Accessibility:** We are a mountainside retreat with sloping unpaved access and grounds. A laundry is not on site but is nearby. - **Sitting Room:** Comfortable relaxed seating and coffee table. Occasional chairs in bedrooms. The lounge has flexible furnishings and easily set up as a yoga studio. - **TV and Music Facilities:** Bluetooth sound unit. - **Outdoor:** 4 acre retreat with sitting areas and space to stroll. River for cold plunge. Patio with undercover outside dining. Firepit and BBQ. - **Bedrooms:** 4 bedrooms with bunks for 17 guests. This is arranged independently and is not normally charged unless a valid claim needs to be made. - - Check-in is from 4pm and check-out is by 11am. - - Quiet hours are 11pm–8am. - - Children are very welcome but must be supervised outdoors, particularly around the river, woodland, rocks and uneven terrain. - - We do not accept pets.
