## About The Property

Welcome to Snowdonia Hub, a characterful group Lodge set within our four-acre mountain retreat in the heart of Eryri (Snowdonia) National Park. Sleeping up to 17 guests, it is designed for families, friends, walking and outdoor groups, business teams and organised retreats who want somewhere comfortable to spend proper time together.

At the heart of the Lodge is a large commercial kitchen and spacious, flexible communal area for cooking, dining and relaxing together. The space can also be cleared for yoga, meditation, workshops and other group activities. There are four bedrooms, separate shower areas and four WCs.

The bedrooms have been thoughtfully equipped for group stays, with hospitality-grade bedding and towels, individual lockers, dimmable reading lights, bedside storage, hangers and radiator-mounted drying racks for outdoor gear. Central heating, woollen throws and hot water bottles add extra comfort on cooler mountain nights. Bedrooms are deliberately low-tech, with WiFi and charging available in the communal areas rather than the sleeping spaces.

Outside, the Lodge is surrounded by woodland, mountain scenery and river landscape, with walking routes to explore from the door. Guests can enjoy seating areas, gazebos, a BBQ and communal fire circle. On clear nights, our location within the Eryri International Dark Sky Reserve makes the night sky part of the experience.

The Lodge makes a strong base for exploring Eryri, with attractions including Zip World, Portmeirion, the Welsh Highland Railway and mountain and coastal adventures within easy reach. Roman Bridge railway halt is also within walking distance.

An optional Wellness Package, including a wood-fired sauna, hammocks, hot spa pool and cold plunge pool, can be arranged in advance.

A separate self-contained Studio sleeping up to 4 guests may also be booked, subject to availability. Groups wanting greater privacy can ask about booking both properties together.

Snowdonia Hub is a peaceful retreat and is not a party venue.

## Facilities

- **Dog Friendly:** We cannot accept dogs I'm afraid.
- **Accessibility:** We are a mountainside retreat with sloping unpaved access and grounds. Please contact us with any mobility concerns and we can share details.
- **Hot Tub:** Wellness Package available to include small Hot Spa conforming to HSG282, Cold Plunge, pop-up Wood Fired Sauna and Hammocks.
- **WiFi:** WiFi available in social area. Bedrooms are kept as EMF free as possible.
- **Everyone Can Dine Together:** Everyone can eat together in the large dining area.
- **Kitchen:** Full commercial kitchen includes a dishwasher. A laundry is not on site but is nearby.
- **Sitting Room:** Comfortable relaxed seating and coffee table. Occasional chairs in bedrooms. The lounge has flexible furnishings and easily set up as a yoga studio.
- **TV and Music Facilities:** Bluetooth sound unit.
- **Outdoor:** 4 acre retreat with sitting areas and space to stroll. River for cold plunge. Patio with undercover outside dining. Firepit and BBQ.
- **Bedrooms:** 4 bedrooms with bunks for 17 guests.
- **Bathrooms:** 2 shared bathroom facilities with basins, WCs and showers.
- **Children's Facilities:** Family friendly although children need supervision in the grounds due to rocky areas and fall risk. Stand alone high chair available upon request.
- **Heating and Open Fires:** Central heating. There are fire-pits and a fire circle for groups.
- **Linen:** Hotel quality bed linen washed and Ironed on-site using environmental friendly, vegan products and toiletries too.
- **Parking:** Free parking for up to 10 cars on the premises.
- **Smoking:** No smoking please.
- **Electric Vehicle Charging:** EV charging (7kW) bookable in advance.
- **Sauna:** Wellness Package available to include small Hot Spa conforming to HSG282, Cold Plunge, pop-up Wood Fired Sauna and Hammocks.

## Booking Information

- A 30% deposit is payable at the time of booking.
- The remaining 70% balance is due 6 weeks before arrival.
- If the booking is made within 6 weeks of arrival, the full amount is payable at the time of booking.
- Minimum stay is 2 nights.
- A separate security guarantee is required before arrival. This is arranged independently and is not normally charged unless a valid claim needs to be made.
- 
- Check-in from 4pm. Check-out by 11am
- Quiet hours are from 11pm to 8am
- Children are very welcome, but must be supervised at all times, particularly around the river, woodland and uneven mountain terrain
- No pets. Registered assistance animals are considered separately, so please contact us before booking
- Snowdonia Hub is not a party venue. Organised events, retreats, workshops and other group activities must be agreed with us in advance

Set at the head of the Lledr Valley near Roman Bridge and Dolwyddelan, Snowdonia Hub sits within Eryri National Park, surrounded by mountains, woodland and river landscape. Walking routes start from the door, while Roman Bridge railway halt is around a 7-minute walk away, making this secluded setting surprisingly accessible.

Betws-y-Coed, Yr Wyddfa, Zip World, Portmeirion and the Welsh Highland Railway are all within easy reach, with the coast and beaches around Porthmadog and Harlech roughly 30 – 40 minutes away. We are also within the Eryri International Dark Sky Reserve, making clear evenings particularly special.
