Coolclogher House is a stunning historic country mansion set within a walled private estate in the heart of the Kerry countryside, surrounded by parkland, terraces and mature gardens.

The 7 de luxe en suite bedrooms can be organised to suit guests with a choice of superkings, triples, twins and singles for groups wanting flexibility. Facilities are top notch and all provide generous spaces for maximum indulgence and comfort.

Perfect for many kinds of group gatherings including friends reunions, family holidays, celebrations, corporate events and coaching retreats, golfers (clubs at the excellent Tralee Golf Club, also Ballybunion, Killarney and Waterville), walkers and cyclists. We have hosted many group retreats, with plenty of room for activities in the house and gardens - combine this with sightseeing for a special retreat.

There's no shortage of things to do in this unique part of Ireland on the world famous Wild Atlantic Way, near the beautiful lakes and mountains of Killarney. Enjoy the peace and tranquility of the house or explore locally with a walk to Ross Castle or nearby historic Killarney with 32,000 acres of National park, lakes and mountains for hill walking, and great music pubs.

The reception hall and magnificent staircase are impressive, an ideal place for a photo opportunity. Beautifully restored sitting rooms offer somewhere for everyone to gather in front of marble open fireplaces with sumptuous seating and views to the grounds through period windows. Fresh floral arrangements are a special touch..

Formal dining for 14 is in a separate plush room and the spacious kitchen has a large table also seating 14 for sharing a relaxed group meal. A private chef can cater for all dietary requirements, with formal or informal catering.

Falconry, music, archery and cooking lessons can be arranged.

Coolclogher is a first rate base from which to take day trips including a visit to Dingle, Kenmare, the Blarney Castle and Stone or Glengarriff. Also the Ring of Kerry, the Ring of Bera and the Skellig Ring, or Garnish Island and Gardens.

- **TV and Music Facilities:** Two TVs with Sky channels, DVD player and music system.
- **Games Room:** Guests can enjoy playing outdoor table tennis, board games or listen to music from the library at Coolclogher.
- **Heating and Open Fires:** There are open fires in reception rooms and a wood burning stove in the large kitchen. Central heating throughout the property.
- **Bedrooms:** 7 bedrooms each with own bathroom. Superkings, triples, twins or singles to suit the group. Individual decor, huge windows with views.
- **Linen:** Luxurious bed linen and bathroom towels are provided.
- **Bathrooms:** Each bedroom has its own full bathroom. Roll top baths with luxury fixtures and fittings. There is also a separate shower room downstairs.
- **Children's Facilities:** A high chair and travel cot are available upon request.
- **Outdoor:** There is fantastic parkland and mature gardens surrounding the manor with a patio area for guests to enjoy views and al fresco dining. Ample seating.
- **Swimming Pool:** No pool on site but guests have access to a heated indoor swimming pool 5 minutes from the property.
- **Parking:** There is ample on site secure parking.
- **Smoking:** No smoking inside the property please.
