The interior design theme is inspired by a desire to create a perfect meeting place for guests to relax, kick back and unwind in the presence of friends and family. Metallic colours such as gold and silver are known to express feelings of exuberance, plenitude and wellbeing and thus reflect the emotions we all like to encounter when we holiday. The dining room is the piece de resistance of this home, including a monumental table for up to 16 people with two large lazy Susan's that make the dining experience one not to forget. A wood burner with integrated oven and hot plate provide heat, comfort and a cooking experience for those that dare go back to basics. Master bedroom 1 has a gold bath at the foot of the luxurious superking bed. The second Master features a superking bed in splendid Indian brass work. The astonishment continues outside with a huge Outdoor Pavilion which provides cover for the spa style hot tub and an alfresco dining table for 12. An adjoining barbecue stoep (gazebo) and a sunshine veranda with a southwesterly aspect providing solace on a long summer evening. Also on site are the Tiny Wooden Houses. These are like Wendy houses for adults, offering fully appointed accommodation on 2 floors with bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and wood burner. Each house has a hot tub and gazebo with a fire pit. The Tweenies glamping pods offer pod accommodation, all with integral hot tubs, BBQ and own toilet. The site is ideal for families, friends reunions, girls weekends and hen nights. Located in the very centre of England it is particularly convenient for a group get togethers. Please make note, however, that we are a family site and expect quiet in all the houses after 11 pm. We cannot cater for loud or late night parties. Please remember this before you book. ## Facilities - **Dog Friendly:** Dogs are welcome in Barn, but dogs must be kept in the hallway and kitchen. A damage deposit will be taken and any extra cleaning will be charged for. - **Accessibility:** Bedroom and en suite toilet on the ground floor of the Barn. - **Hot Tub:** The hot tub is filled with fresh water and will be already heating prior to arrival of guests. - **WiFi:** WiFi throughout the house. Not in Tinywoods. - **Kitchen:** A refurbished kitchen provides cooking facilities with electric induction hob and electric oven. Tinywoods have kitchen too. - **Dining Room:** Centre piece of the Barn and designed to revive the concept of long dinners with after dinner games around the table. Tinywood kitchens have tables. - **Sitting Room:** Sitting room provides a comfortable room. Ideal for kids if you are a visiting family. A king sofa bed makes for more flexible sleeping arrangements. - **TV and Music Facilities:** A large smart TV is provided in the sitting room of the Barn. - **Heating and Open Fires:** Oil fired central heating plus a wood burner with oven and hot plate in the dining room.
