Situated on the sociable courtyard with views across to the pool house the adults can relax indoors or out while the children make friends and roam the grounds. Please note this property isn't pet friendly. With 5 acres of private land surrounding the cottages, guests can enjoy the shared indoor heated swimming pool, toddler pool and hot tub, have a game of tennis on the all-weather tennis court, barbecue in the central courtyard or hire the barbecue cabin for your private use, let the kids have fun on the adventure play area which has a climbing frame, swings and a fort, or return to nature exploring the woodland and lawns. Exclusive access to the pool facilities is available via our booking system, between 9am and 10pm daily. The layout of Cottage Six is upside down, with living spaces on the upper floor. The ground floor entrance hall has lots of space for coats and boots. There are also 2 double bedrooms, a king sized bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bunk bedroom. 2 family bathrooms have a bath, overhead shower and WC, and there's a separate shower room (with WC) next to the king bedroom. The open plan living space upstairs has a spacious kitchen area, with a sociable island with bar stools so the cook has some company, and everything you need for self catering. The dining area has a long oak table with space for the whole group of 10. The sitting area is comfortably furnished with sofas plus a 65 inch 4K smart TV with Freeview and a PS4. We provide little extras including tea towels and dishwasher tablets, and tea bags, coffee and milk to get you started. There's parking with EV chargers if required.
