Located on a working farm near Anstruther in Fife, these 2 family friendly holiday houses are the ideal venue for a 3 generational family or friends' holiday, with plenty of space for a large group to spend time together while also offering a quieter bolthole if required. Or why not hire Corn Bunting to celebrate a special occasion, for a stag or hen weekend, a girls' getaway or a small corporate event. The range of top class courses in the area also makes Corn Bunting a magnet for avid golfers. And ideally placed to enjoy beaches, art galleries, boat trips to the Isle of May and the Scottish Fisheries Museum during your stay

Corn Bunting House blends period and contemporary features, with largely open plan living areas including a great kitchen diner for long family dinners before heading to the cosy lounge and squashy sofas for a nightcap. The games room is a great focus for any youngsters in the group, with from Sky TV and comfy seating. Living areas in the cottage are similarly sociable, with its own games area and a snug. Wood burners in each house provide a focal point while you unwind after a busy day out.

Outside living is also a key part of the experience at both houses. Corn Bunting House has French doors leading out to mature gardens, a patio with al fresco dining and a luxury hot tub. Corn Bunting Cottage has bifold doors out onto a covered patio, also with furniture and a hot tub.

Conveniently, all of the bedrooms across both houses can be configured as super kings or twins using zip and links, making bedrooms totally flexible for a mixed group. Ground floor rooms with bathrooms are available too for those less mobile. Bathrooms are plentiful.

Wander into the charming fishing village of Pittenweem to one of two pubs for a quiet pint before supper, or to pick up fish and chips at the pretty harbour. Take the coastal walk between Pittenweem and Anstruther to catch the boat to the Isle of May Nature Reserve. Elie is fairly close by, for golf and watersports including windsurfing and sailing. There's fishing nearby too.
