Cortijo La Presa is a huge 18th century farmhouse converted into 7 self-contained holiday apartments near Iznajar in Spain. The accommodation makes the property suitable for a wide range of groups including weddings, yoga retreats, hikers, (Tinosa mountain at 1570 metres is close by) mountain biking, family gatherings and corporate events. We can accommodate smaller groups or individual houses, even if no availability is shown, please contact us to check.
The property is located in a peaceful area of outstanding natural beauty. It has more than 500 olive trees, 100 membrillo and other fruit trees. Partly bordered by a river, the cortijo is the starting point for wonderful walking and mountain bike trails. The property is perfect for those looking for adventure, activities or simply a relaxing holiday in a stunning mountain setting. It is conveniently located near the towns of Iznajar - with its beautiful lake and beach - Priego de Cordoba and Rute. It is also ideally situated for touring Andalucia. The historic cities of Granada, Cordoba, Malaga and Jaen can all be visited as day trips, as can many of the famous "white towns". Nature lovers can enjoy the wildlife and majestic mountains.
Set around a beautiful central patio, the accommodation is in 7 two-bedroom cottages/apartments, plus a one-bedroom superior apartment perfect for couples.
Groups renting the whole cortijo get exclusive use of the property, including the swimming pool, BBQs and terraces. Please note - hotel staff live on site.

We have a dining room that can comfortably accommodate 40 for a sit down meal, but as the weather is usually beautiful here most people opt for eating outside. This can be a formal dinner, barbecue or more relaxed buffet - just tell us what you would prefer. Outside dining for up to 80.
We personalize every different group's eating requirements. We can provide traditional English food, traditional Andalucian dishes, Vegan, Vegetarian, Halal, or you can bring in your own outside caterers.
