Part of the Cotswold Manor Estate and sleeping up to 14, The Manor Barn has a striking open plan kitchen/dining/sitting room with high beamed ceiling and oak wood flooring. The modern kitchen is fully integrated with fridge freezer, oven, dishwasher and ample work top space making catering for a large group a relaxed affair. Set on the edge of our formal courtyard, the property enjoys far reaching views across the parkland.

Super fast ‘Air Fibre’ broadband is provided plus there is a 32in HDTV and a DVD player in the sitting room.

Guests at Manor Barn enjoy exclusive use of a hot tub, barbecue and patio furniture set in private lawns, as well as shared use of 70 acres of parkland featuring natural ponds/picnic areas. The closely mown fields are perfect for zorbing and a variety of ball games, 'Hen/Stag party Olympics', and just lazing. For guests entertainment, there is also shared access to a Games Barn with pool table, football table and table tennis.

Historic Oxford is 20 minutes away and well worth a visit. The local gastro pub is just a gentle 1 mile walk via a footpath - our guests can enjoy a private dining room with complimentary drinks and shuttle service.

Pets very welcome with a £60 surcharge. Additional rough towels are provided, and the garden enclosed with fence and mesh.

Permissible outdoors when using the pots and ashtrays provided.

Booking Information

Pricing for 14 guests. Additional guests charged at £220 per person.

Payment via Visa/MasterCard debit/credit cards, Amex or Bank Transfer. The reservation deposit is 20% and the balance payable 8 weeks prior to arrival. Shortly before your stay a £750 security deposit hold (not payment) is placed, and released on departure/subject to inspection.
