The Byre sleeping 16 (or 18 with extra beds added) is dog friendly and ideal for getting together with family and friends. The barn has a large open plan reception space, and en suite shower rooms to every bedroom. Super fast ‘Air Fibre’ broadband is provided plus a 40 inch HDTV with built in DVD player in the sitting room. All guests can dine together in the modern kitchen which is fully fitted with an American style fridge freezer, range cooker, and dishwasher. Double doors open from the reception room onto a private garden with a private hot tub, barbecue area and patio furniture. Guests can also enjoy shared use of 70 acres of parkland with many features including natural ponds and picnic areas, as well as large grassed areas suitable for sports, ball games and zorbing. There is also shared access to a Games Barn with pool table, football table and table tennis. Oxford is just 20 minutes away and a great place to visit and there are gastro pubs within walking distance. ## Facilities - **Dog Friendly:** Pets very welcome at extra charge.
