Enjoying a beautiful setting surrounded by parkland on the edge of the Cotswolds, The Manor Cottage sleeping 12 (or 14 with extra beds added) is ideal for celebrations of all kinds and family gatherings.

The cottage has a vaulted open plan sitting/kitchen/dining room, with exposed beams and double doors onto a private garden with far reaching views. Super fast ‘Air Fibre’ broadband is available together with an HDTV and a DVD player in the sitting room.

Guests at the Cottage have private gardens with exclusive use of a private hot tub, barbecue and patio furniture, together with shared use of 70 acres of parkland incorporating natural ponds/picnic areas, and closely mown fields suitable for zorbing, 'Hen/Stag party Olympics', ball sports and more. There is also shared access to a Games Barn with a pool table, football table and table tennis.

Oxford is only 20 minutes away and gastro pubs are in walking distance.

- **Outdoor:** 70 acres of Cotswold Parkland with two natural ponds/picnic areas, closely mown fields suitable for Zorbing and games, plus a pretty bluebell wood.
- **Parking:** Ample parking areas throughout the estate.
- **Smoking:** Permissible outside when using the pots and ashtrays provided.

## Booking Information

- Pricing for 12 guests. Additional guests charged at £220 per person.
- 
- Payment via Visa/MasterCard debit/credit cards, Amex or Bank Transfer. The reservation deposit is 20% and the balance payable 30 days prior to arrival. Shortly before your stay a £750 security deposit hold (not payment) is placed, and released on departure/subject to inspection.
