The house has been sympathetically furnished throughout and is a perfect setting for a hen party with large entertaining areas. The kitchen/dining space has been recently refurbished to a high standard with newly fully fitted kitchen, breakfast bar with stools and a dining table large enough for the whole group. The sitting room is a classic elegant Georgian room with an open fire, beautifully decorated and also large enough for your whole group to relax together. The house easily sleeps 16 and there is a sofa bed in the living room to cater for 2 more guests if desired.  There are 3 bath/shower rooms so plenty of space to get ready. The house benefits from a large outside hot tub (hot tub towels provided) and there is a good sized garden and patio area with chairs for outside dining and BBQs (charcoal BBQ provided). Cotswold Manor Cottage is in an easy location for getting together with friends and family - just minutes from the M4. In addition to the attractions of Bath and Bristol nearby, this is a great venue for a country weekend. There are plenty of pretty Cotswolds villages and towns to explore, with Cirencester offering a vibrant hub. Think country walks and local pubs offering great food. And your dog is welcome too. ## Facilities - **Dog Friendly:** Pets are welcome with prior arrangement. - **Accessibility:** Level entrance, downstairs shower room, all bedrooms are upstairs but there is a sofa bed in the sitting room. - **WiFi:** WiFi throughout the house and use of a landline phone. - **Kitchen:** Newly refurbished open plan kitchen/diner, fully fitted kitchen, well equipped also has a large breakfast bar with stools.
