Cotswold Manor Estate offers exceptional group accommodation across three charming holiday properties, perfect for family gatherings, friends reunions, couples' getaways, stag and hen parties, or corporate events. Located in the picturesque village of Petty France in the Cotswolds, each property offers stylish indoor and outdoor spaces ideal for special events or relaxed celebrations.

The Spa House is a popular hub, featuring a luxurious indoor heated pool and hot tub for ultimate relaxation. It’s also a gorgeous Georgian house that combines historic charm with modern comfort. The Manor House boasts a spacious dining area where the entire group can enjoy meals together, and its heritage as a former Prime Minister’s retreat ensures an elegant, comfortable stay. The Manor Cottage is a cozy yet roomy option, with a well-equipped open plan kitchen & dining room, and four large bedrooms adaptable to different guest needs.

Each property has its own garden with outdoor seating, hot tubs, and barbecue areas. The lawned grounds offer plenty of space for children and dogs to play freely.

A deposit of £2500 secures your booking and full payment is due 8 weeks before your stay.

A £2000 refundable security deposit is required. (holdable against a credit card a few days before)

Check in 4pm, check out 10am with upgradeable early check in and out times.

Located in the hamlet of Petty France on the edge of the Badminton Estate in the Cotswolds. Just under 15 minutes from the M4. 25 minutes from Bath and Bristol.

Petty France near Badminton.
There is a garage with convenience store a couple of miles along the road. Various large supermarkets within 15 minutes drive.
There is a quality gastro style pub across the road with a huge beer garden and restaurant.
Bristol 40 minutes.
Yate 10 minutes and Bristol Temple Meads 25 minutes.
