The Manor Hall forms part of the Cotswold Manor Estate, a 70 acre estate featuring several large properties ideal for celebrations, special occasions and getting together with extended family and groups of friends. Sleeps 24, or up to 30 on request.

The 17th century Grade II listed Manor Hall has a stunning conservatory/dining room benefiting from underfloor heating, and a beamed sitting room with inglenook fireplace and wood burning stove. The farmhouse kitchen incorporates granite worktops, a range cooker, and an American style fridge/freezer. There are also lots of quiet nooks where you can relax.

Super fast ‘Air Fibre’ broadband is available throughout. There is a 42 inch HDTV and a DVD player in the sitting room. Utility/laundry room.

Guests at Manor Hall enjoy exclusive use of private lawns with a private hot tub, barbecue area and patio furniture. All guests also have access to the 70 acres of parkland surrounding the property, with natural ponds and further picnic areas. There are also fields which are perfect for zorbing and a variety of ball games, 'Hen/Stag party Olympics', and just lazing. Shared access to a Games Barn with a pool table, football table and table tennis means there is entertainment for everyone on site.

Historic Oxford is 20 minutes away and well worth a visit and there are a number of gastro pubs within walking distance.

## Booking Information

- Pricing for 24 guests. Additional guests charged at £220 per person.
- 
- Payment via Visa/MasterCard debit/credit cards, Amex or Bank Transfer. The reservation deposit is 20% and the balance payable 30 days prior to arrival. Shortly before your stay a £750 security deposit hold (not payment) is placed, and released on departure/subject to inspection.
