If you're planning a group holiday, hen party or large family get-together for a special occasion, Cotswold Manor House is an idyllic place to let your hair down. The house is full of all the charm of a secluded country home rich in history, but with all the usual the mod cons none of us can live without. For style, amenities and comfort, Cotswold Manor House delivers everything you need for a great time and enough space to comfortably accommodate up to 24 people (with additional pull out beds for up to 30 people).

Originally built as the Prime Minister's country retreat (yes - think Chequers!!) Cotswold Manor House is situated in the picturesque hamlet of Petty France in the Cotswolds. Well positioned to walk to the Badminton Estate, home of the world famous Badminton Horse Trials, yet ideally located for a city trip to Bristol (25 minutes by car) and Bath (32 minutes by car). Our house is perfect for those looking for accommodation close to all the action but far enough away to offer a total escape.

Across the road from The Manor House, you will find a traditional country pub. As well as serving drinks, it boasts lunch and evening menus as well as speciality foods on themed nights.

- Some rooms are en suite
- Family bathrooms as well as WC facilities are available on both the ground and first floors

Only 5 miles from Junction 18 of the M4 in the pretty hamlet of Petty France, near the Badminton Estate.

There is a quality gastro style pub across the road with a huge beer garden and restaurant.
Bristol International Airport is only 40 minutes away.
Yate Train Station is only 12 minutes away by car. Bristol Temple Meads is 25 minutes away.
