Set in the 70 acres of beautiful parkland of the Cotswold Manor Estate, The Cotswold Manor House is a superb venue sleeping 20 (or 22 with extra beds added) for family celebrations, stag and hen parties, wedding receptions and corporate events.

The house has plenty of character with a beamed sitting/dining room, which is open plan to a fully integrated kitchen with large range cooker, American style fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher. Super fast ‘Air Fibre’ broadband is provided along with there is a 43 inch HDTV and a DVD player in the sitting room. Manor House also benefits from cosy underfloor heating and dual zone recessed spotlighting in the sitting room.

Guests at Manor House have exclusive use of a private hot tub, private barbecue area and patio furniture. There is also shared access to the 70 acres of the estate featuring natural ponds, picnic areas and games fields suitable for zorbing and other activities. There is also shared access with the other estate houses to a Games Barn with pool table, football table and table tennis.

The university town of Oxford is 20 minutes away, and Gastro pubs within walking distance.

- **Dog Friendly:** Pets are very welcome at extra charge. Additional rough towels are provided, and the garden enclosed with fence and mesh.

## Booking Information

- Pricing for 20 guests. Additional guests charged at £220 per person.
- 
- Payment via Visa/MasterCard debit/credit cards, Amex or Bank Transfer. The reservation deposit is 20% and the balance payable 30 days prior to arrival. Shortly before your stay a £750 security deposit hold (not payment) is placed, and released on departure/subject to inspection.
