Ideally positioned near the Cotswolds and the historic city of Oxford, The Manor Lodge is part of the Cotswold Manor Estate. The Manor Lodge features a beautiful orangery/dining room which enjoys southerly views over the 70 acres of estate parkland. Sleeps 22, or up to 25 with extra beds added on request.

The sitting room has a feature Cotswold stone fireplace, and the contemporary kitchen boasts granite worktops, a breakfast island, an American style fridge freezer, and full laundry facilities. Super fast ‘Air Fibre’ broadband is available throughout. There is a 45 inch HDTV and a DVD player in the sitting room.

The Manor Lodge has a private garden with a hot tub, barbecue area and patio furniture. Guests also enjoy shared use of the estate parkland, natural ponds and picnic areas, as well as games fields suitable for zorbing, 'Hen/Stag party Olympics', ball sports and more. There is also a shared Games Barn with pool table, football table and table tennis.

There are gastro pubs within walking distance.

Pets very welcome with a £60 surcharge. Additional rough towels are provided, and the garden is enclosed with fence and mesh.

Booking Information

Pricing for 22 guests. Additional guests charged at £220 per person.

Payment via Visa/MasterCard debit/credit cards, Amex or Bank Transfer. The reservation deposit is 35% and the balance payable two months prior to arrival. Shortly before your stay a £750 security deposit hold (not payment) is placed, and released on departure/subject to inspection.
