## About The Property

Booking Cotswold Park Barns for your holiday secures the whole property giving you the privacy and exclusivity you expect when coming to the Cotswolds. These beautiful barns provide a perfect venue for Retreats (now 90% of our business)celebrations, or gathering together of friends and extended families. Due to past experiences we no longer take hen or stag weekends.

The Barns have been created from the original dairy buildings belonging to Cotswold Park House. Our 10 bedrooms sleep up to 20 adults and if you have children or guests using sofa beds the numbers can be up to 22. Book Cotswold Park Barns for an entire week, a weekday or a long weekend – let us know your requirements and we will do our best to accommodate them.

All of our 10 bedrooms can be twin or double rooms, 2 having small annexes with sofa beds. We have 6 bedrooms with en suite facilities in the Dairy, and 4 more en suite bedrooms in the Hay Barn, just a few feet from the Threshing Barn. A bedroom in each building is suitable for wheelchair users.

The Threshing Barn accommodates a large dining room for a maximum of 22 people, and a hand crafted, spacious kitchen. Overlooking the dining room is a glass front mezzanine where you can sit in relative peace and quiet and read the papers, relax or watch what is going on below!

In the Dairy there is also a stunning reception/sitting room for the whole group to be together. Plenty of sofas and chairs, television, bluetooth speakers and mood lighting. To make your stay even more comfortable there is a built in bar.  This room is also used as a yoga studio for our Retreat groups.

Downstairs is a boot room for all your coats, boots and wet clothes.

The courtyard area is fully equipped for outside dining, barbecues or just relaxing and taking in the beautiful views.

In the heart of the Cotswolds, the Barns are close to Cheltenham and historic Cirencester, with charming classic Cotswold villages all around. Local farm parks and water parks, offering a range of water sports, provide entertainment for all.

At Cotswold Park Barns we want to be as flexible as possible when it comes to your stay with us. Our published rates are for the rental of the entire property.

## Facilities

- **Dog Friendly:** We do allow dogs - at a small charge per night per dog. No animals in the bedrooms.
- **Accessibility:** 2 bedrooms and bathrooms have disabled facilities.
- **WiFi:** There is a landline for outgoing calls. Mobile reception is okay - better outside! WiFi throughout the main building.
- **Kitchen:** A beautiful hand crafted kitchen with 2 dishwashers, 2 fridges and 2 ovens (one induction). All glassware, cutlery and crockery included.
- **Dining Room:** The amazing dining room seats up to 22. A large wood burning stove & under-floor heating in winter along with large doors to open in the summer.
- **Sitting Room:** Large room with plenty of sofas and armchairs for everyone staying. A large wood burning stove and a built in bar makes this a perfect room to relax.
- **TV and Music Facilities:** In the sitting room and dining room we have built in sound systems for iPods and Bluetooth attachments. Sitting room has a Firestick TV.
- **Games Room:** There is no games room. We do have a tennis court that is open from May to September.
- **Heating and Open Fires:** Our hot water and radiator heating is supplied from our wood chip burning biomass boiler as well as 2 wood burning stoves and under floor heating.
- **Bedrooms:** 10 large bedrooms, all en suite, which can be double or twin rooms. Unbelievably comfortable beds! There are 2 annexes with sofa beds just in case.
- **Linen:** We pride ourselves on the high quality of linen. All supplied. All beds have duvets (singles or doubles - your choice!).
- **Bathrooms:** We have 6 bathrooms and 4 shower rooms (2 of which have disabled facilities). All bath towels, hand towels and bath mats are supplied.
- **Children's Facilities:** If you have small children or babies who need to sleep next to you, we have 2 bedrooms with separate annexes with sofa beds or we can provide cots.
- **Outdoor:** We have a large terrace with lots of outdoor seating & tables, west facing so lots of sun! We have 190 acres with set footpaths.
- **Swimming Pool:** No swimming pool but we do have a wood burning still water hot tub. This is available from May to September only.
- **Parking:** Lots of parking.
- **Smoking:** We allow smoking outside only. There is a covered area at the front of the building and outside ash trays for your use.

### Headline rates

- From **£4600** for a 3-night weekend
- From **£3900** for a 2-night weekend
- From **£1950** per midweek night

## Booking Information

- Access from approximately 2pm on day of rental, departure by 4pm on final day if staying for 2 nights, 11am if staying for 3. We will ask for a £1000 damage deposit which will be repaid within 72 hours of departure. Payment and damage deposit will be made by bank transfer or cheque prior to arrival
