Holiday Rental for Groups of Families and Friends. Countryside Education Trust, Beaulieu, Hampshire, sleeps 10 - 46 in 12 bedrooms.

At the Countryside Education Trust, we offer a high standard of fully accessible accommodation on our farm site at Home Farm Centre, Beaulieu in the stunning New Forest. Ideal for large groups and families. Minimum charge for 10 people. You have exclusive use of the centre.

You will find this is a most attractive setting alongside the Beaulieu river estuary, just half a mile from Beaulieu village, (with its interesting shops and pretty cottages), and surrounded by broad-leaved, mixed and coniferous woodland with ponds and streams, heathland and meadow.

Home Farm accommodates up to 46 people in two separate, identical wings, each comprising of 4 spacious bedrooms sleeping up to 5 people per room in bunk-beds (and/or pull out beds) and separate single/twin bed rooms at the end of each wing. One room has a double bed.

A total of 4 bathrooms (2 in each wing) are available for your use, with showers, toilets and hand basins.

The facilities of our well equipped kitchen are available, including all equipment and utensils, however groups should remember to bring all consumables. A Tesco store is situated just 5-10 minutes drive away. There is a spacious, bright dining area (which also doubles up as an activity space) and comfortable conservatory area leading out to a large garden and children's play area with views of our farm and garden.

There is free internet access.

Our experienced centre staff offer a warm welcome to self catered groups and someone will be here to meet you on arrival to provide all the information you will need for the duration of your stay and to answer any questions you may have.

After a day exploring the area, you can take a short walk up the hill to the Royal Oak Inn, to enjoy some tasty home cooked food and sample the traditional ales.

Centre is at ground level. Access to patio area by 1:20 ramp. Shower rooms have been modified for disabled access/use. 2 bedrooms have widened doors.

Kitchen

Large and extremely spacious. Fully equipped to cater for large groups. All equipment/utensils/tea towels provided. Use of large fridge and freezer.

Dining Room

A large dining area with tables and chairs available to seat either small or large groups up to 46 people. 2 high chairs are available for use.

Sitting Room

Comfortable, sunny, conservatory with sofa seating leading to a large garden and BBQ area (a BBQ is available). Smart TV, DVD player and free WiFi.

TV and Music Facilities

Smart TV, DVD player.

Games Room

A library area leads off from the dining room. There are books, board games and internet access.

Central heating system.

Bedrooms

12 bedrooms: 8 bedrooms with bunk beds sleeping up to 5 each, 4 bedrooms of a more private style with single/double beds and separate sinks.

Linen

All bedding is provided free of charge (duvets, duvet covers, pillows/pillow cases). No towels are provided so please bring your own.

Bathrooms

4 bathrooms: 1 main bathroom in each wing comprising 2 showers, toilets, hand basins. Separate shower room with toilet and hand basin in each wing.

Children's Facilities

A large private playfield area. Pre-bookable animal feeding sessions take place daily at 9am and 4pm at a cost of £30 per session (max 10 people).

Outdoor

Large patio area with garden furniture and barbecue available on request.

We don't have a swimming pool.

Location

Situated on the B3054 from Dibden Purlieu to Beaulieu, close to Beaulieu village in the New Forest National Park, Hampshire. Easy access to the coast.

  • Beaulieu is the closest bus stop with services to Lymington and Hythe. The New Forest Tour bus can also be picked up in Beaulieu.
  • Brockenhurst (Main station), Beaulieu Road Station (restricted service).
  • The coastal market town of Lymington is approximately 15 minutes drive. The village of Beaulieu is within walking distance.
  • Local shops within walking distance (5-10 mins) of the centre. More shops at Dibden Purlieu, only 5 minutes drive and a large Tesco at Dibden.
  • 2 pubs serving good food within walking distance: Montys in Beaulieu village and The Royal Oak at Hilltop in the opposite direction up the hill.
  • Bournemouth Airport or Southampton Airport.
