Court Farmhouse enjoys a central location in the heart of the picturesque rural village of Marhamchurch. Just 2 miles inland from the award winning resort of Bude and the sand and surf of the North Cornish coast.

The Farmhouse has a private sunny enclosed garden with a paved dining area complete with furniture and barbecue (in season).

Perfect for family gatherings or group get-togethers with plenty of space to eat, sleep, party or relax.

Court Farmhouse Sleeping Arrangements:

Bedroom 1 - Flexible bed configuration -  either Super king or Twin beds with own full bathroom.

Bedroom 2 - Flexible bed configuration -  either Super king or Twin beds with en-suite shower room.

Bedroom 3 - Twin room opposite shared family bathroom.

Bedroom 4 - Double room (with king size bed) with en-suite shower room and toilet.

Bedroom 5 - Flexible bed configuration -  either Super king or Twin beds with en-suite shower room and toilet.

Bedroom 6 - Flexible bed configuration -  either Super king or Twin beds with en-suite shower room and toilet.

Guests enjoy full and free use of all Court Farm Holidays fantastic facilities including heated indoor pool, games room with pool table plus soft play area for toddlers, outdoor tennis court, children's outdoor play area and our animal field with goats, pigs and chickens. Additional services offered including on-site holistic spa and beauty treatments, babysitting, yoga sessions, swimming lessons and meal delivery with the option of full catering service.

We offer short breaks with a flexible arrival day and minimum 2 night stay from September to mid June (excluding the festive season and school holidays) and weekly stays with a Friday arrival at all other times.

## Facilities

- **Dog Friendly:** We welcome up to 4 well behaved dogs at the small additional charge of £20 each payable on arrival.
- **WiFi:** Free wireless broadband-internet access.
- **Kitchen:** Adjacent to the dining room the kitchen is fully equipped with double range oven, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.
- **Dining Room:** The large dining room has a chunky rustic oak table comfortably seating 12 and an original Inglenook fireplace with superb wood burning stove.
- **Sitting Room:** The large lounge has four comfy sofas to seat all plus a widescreen TV and real woodburner.
- **TV and Music Facilities:** 50" Digital LCD TV with satellite Sky package and DVD player. A good quality music system with speakers is found in the dining room.
- **Games Room:** Games room with Pool Table and Soft Play Corner with soft matting and a selection of children's toys
- **Heating and Open Fires:** Central heating throughout with additional wood burners in the dining room and lounge (all logs provided).
- **Bedrooms:** Six - please read the property detail section for full information on configuration and ensuite facilities.
- **Linen:** Crisp white linen is included. Plus Bath towel sets for use in the house (1 bath towel plus 1 hand towel per guest). Pool towels not provided.
- **Children's Facilities:** Complimentary cots, highchairs, booster seats, potty, baby bath, changing mats pre-bookable. Stairgate. Childrens tableware and cutlery.
- **Outdoor:** Tennis court, large enclosed play area, trampoline, swings, play trail, Animals to visit and feed.
- **Swimming Pool:** Indoor heated swimming pool open all year. Heated to 32°C, 1.2 meters deep with a gentle slope to the shallow end. Changing rooms, shower and toilet
- **Parking:** Ample parking beside the farmhouse for up to 4 cars with additional parking available on the public road just outside the entrance.
- **Smoking:** Strictly no smoking inside the house.
