Located in the heart of the Cotswolds on the private 1500 working farm Notgrove Estate, these modern holiday barns are perfect for a laid-back farm stay in a fabulous location. 

Notgrove offers the perfect balance of peace and rural charm, with activities on the doorstep to keep you entertained. Ideal for families, groups of friends and wedding get togethers - wonderful wedding venues locally. 

We have 4 holiday barns which can be configured for groups from as small as 6 to as large as 30!

Our 3 and 4 bed modern barn conversions are situated in a courtyard with stunning contemporary open plan layouts. The modern barns are beautifully furnished and the open plan feel make them ideal for larger groups.The rooms are all en-suite and can be king or twin to suit your needs, we welcome dogs and have fabulous walks right from the door across the estate. 

Our on-site games room - keeps all ages entertained with ping pong, table football and mini pool, plus we have a mini football pitch, play area and cafe.

On the estate you can enjoy various activities such as tennis court and bike hire, electric quad biking, bushcraft and axe throwing, falconry, massage and beauty treatments, private dinner parties in your accommodation, wild food foraging and clay shooting. 

Meet our friendly farm animals - goats, donkey, alpaca and high land cattle who you are welcome to visit any time and love a fuss! 

All the barns are wheelchair accessible, with a downstairs bedroom and wheel in shower room - Walnut barn is all on one level. We have an EV charger, Wood burners, Wi-Fi and ample parking.

Group and individual glamping pods and safari lodges also available for larger groups, perfect for a group glamping trip or extra sleeping for a group hiring the holiday barns. 

Perfectly located for Bourton on the Water, Stow on the Wold, Broadway, Burford, Bath and Bristol. Just 1.5 hours on the train from London.

Adam Henson's Cotswold Farm Park is just 4 miles away, Bourton on the water has a host of attractions including Birdland, the model railway and miniature village. Blenheim palace is 45 minutes drive and Sudeley castle just 20 minutes away.
