The location of Coverack Cottages, holiday cottages on the Lizard Peninsula, provides amazing rural and coastal views from the individual enclosed gardens. Fire up the barbecue, pour a drink and sit back to enjoy the backdrop, day or night. The lawn areas are perfect for the youngsters to run around and let off steam. All 4 cottages have open plan living to create bright and airy spaces with thoughtful design and original features such as upstairs lounge diners with picture windows in Horseshoe and The Barn, a conservatory in Keepers and rustic oak beams throughout.
Bedrooms are a combination of kings, doubles and twins, many on the ground floor making this a good choice for multi generational families and anyone with reduced mobility. Accommodation is very comfortable with fresh and bright soft furnishings and look out the gardens. Facilities are plentiful across all 4 cottages with modern fixtures and fittings. Holly and Keepers also have an en suite.
The pretty fishing village of Coverack is just 10 minutes from the cottages with a lovely sandy beach well within walking distance for the children. The picturesque harbour is a great spot to sit and listen to the tinkle of the boat masts while enjoying a coffee. For those looking for more action, it is worth enquiring about hiring a kayak for the day. There are a number of recommended restaurants and cafes offering fantastic locally produced food and freshly caught fish. Slightly further away is Kenneck Sands, popular with surfers and ship wreck enthusiasts, definitely a day trip destination.
