## About The Property

A wonderful place for relaxing with family and friends, or activity holidays. The first floor sitting room looks directly over the Irish Sea. There are steps leading directly down to the beach from the garden and there is a half mile shared private drive so the beach itself is also quiet with rock pools and a half mile of sandy beach in one direction and lovely walks to the headland and more beaches in the other direction.

Rebuilt in 2008, architect designed. Most rooms have fabulous views of the sea or mountains. The house interior was planned and designed by the award-winning designer and well-known author Gail Abbott.

Craig Llydan is very comfortable with all linen, towels, heat etc within the price. It sleeps up to 10 in 5 bedrooms with 5 bath/shower rooms – a large sitting room and open plan kitchen dining room. The roof terrace leads off the dining room.

Rhosneigr is well known as a wind and kite surfing village with a golf course, tennis courts, bowling green as well as many walks along the Anglesey Coastal Path, bird watching, sailing, etc.

## Facilities

- **WiFi:** A telephone for incoming calls - mobile reception is not brilliant. Wi-Fi.
- **Accessibility:** Access statement available on the website. A three-storey house, with first floor living area.
- **Dog Friendly:** Up to two well-behaved dogs by arrangement.
- **Kitchen:** A fully fitted kitchen including microwave, two Bosch ovens, 5 ring hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and plenty of cupboards - and views of Snowdon.
- **Dining Room:** You can dine either indoors round the generous dining room table, or through the patio doors on the roof terrace.
- **Sitting Room:** The magnificent 6 metre square living room with floor to ceiling bay windows overlooking the sea makes a wonderful vantage point.
- **TV and Music Facilities:** TV with sound bar
- **Games Room:** A few games in the dining room.
- **Heating and Open Fires:** Oil fired central heating.
- **Bedrooms:** Four double or twin bedded rooms (two en-suite) and one small twin.
- **Linen:** Linen and towels are provided. Our housekeeper will arrange for bedlinen to be changed each week for longer stays.
- **Bathrooms:** 5 bathrooms, including a bathroom and a family shower room.
- **Children's Facilities:** The beach is a child's dream to explore with rock pools, sand hills, etc. House: stair gates, high chair, cot and travel cot.
- **Outdoor:** Wind and kite surfing, fishing, golf, sailing, walking, bird watching.
- **Swimming Pool:** Swimming on the beach in front of the house, or a public pool in Llangefni, 11 miles away.
- **Parking:** Car parking space for up to seven cars.
- **Smoking:** No smoking in the house.
