This stunning coastal family holiday house on Loch Fyne is situated on the Crispie Estate in the Scottish Highlands. Picturesque grounds and large lawns lead down to a private beach on the shores of Loch Fyne. There's a launching slipway and power boat available for the use of guests providing weather, seasons and qualifications allow. It's an idyllic spot with far reaching views over Loch Fyne, Mull of Kintyre and out to the Isle of Arran, limitless peace and tranquility and perfect for multi generation families and friends meeting up for a holiday or to celebrate an important birthday together. Crispie House is a large property with amazing facilities for hosting an extended gathering. The kitchen is well set up with multiple fridges and utilities so you can stock up and relax. Sit down at the long dining table and enjoy eating, chatting and making memories together before relaxing in the lounge next to the wood burner over a nightcap. A highlight of Crispie House is the indoor swimming pool, with enormous windows framing stunning Loch Fyne views, and plenty of loungers. There's also a sauna and games room - so something to keep everyone entertained. 7 individually named and designed bedrooms provide a mixture of twins, triples and a super king, perfect for a mixed age group. One room is at ground floor level with an en suite, ideal for young families or grandparents. The ancient forests on the Crispie Estate provide opportunities for family walks and discovering hidden corners of this stunning location. Or pick up on other outdoor activities including sailing, walking, cycling, kayaking and open water swimming, with these pretty much on the doorstep. ## Facilities - **Dog Friendly:** Up to 2 dogs are allowed in Crispie House free of charge, up to 4 with a £50 per dog charge. - **Accessibility:** No specific facilities although there is a ground floor en suite bedroom in the House. - **WiFi:** Crispie Estate has Starlink internet with improved download/upload speeds. - **Swimming Pool:** Crispie House has an indoor swimming pool and sauna. - **Outdoor:** Its own beach, bay, and extensive garden with kayaks on the lawns. There is a motor boat available for each house. There is a power boat available to use but only if one of the guests has as a minimum the RYA Powerboat Level 2 qualification. Check in from 4pm, check out by 10am. 30% deposit is required, balance due 12 weeks before arrival.
