## About The Property

This gorgeous coastal family holiday house near Loch Fyne couldn't be in a better position. Set within the Crispie Estate in the Scottish Highlands, and with beach access on the shores of Loch Fyne, Crispie Lodge offers a peaceful venue for a family get together - whether that's for a holiday, a reunion or to celebrate something special.

With far reaching views over Loch Fyne, Mull of Kintyre and out to the Isle of Arran, there are also plenty of opportunities for getting out and about, with kayaking, canoeing, sailing, open water swimming, walking and cycling on the doorstep. There is a power boat available to use but only if one of the guests has as a minimum the RYA Powerboat Level 2 qualification.

Crispie Lodge has a wonderfully coastal feel about it, with blue walls, shells and large patio doors which slide open onto a large wooden decking - a delightful place to sit and enjoy the impressive uninterrupted views of the Isle of Arran and mountainous scenery. There is a purpose-built indoor hot tub in the conservatory, an opportunity to relax and enjoy spectacular views,  and a cosy log burner in the lounge which has huge squishy sofas. The dining table seats 8 or dine al fresco on the terrace. Take a barbecue and set up on the beach for an evening, watching the glorious sunset over the loch.

The 4 en suite bedrooms are light filled spaces with picture windows looking out to sea. The master bedroom on the first floor has French door access to a private balcony for morning coffee.

- **Bathrooms:** 4 en suites, 2 with showers, 2 with baths.
- **Children's Facilities:** High chair and cot on request.
- **TV and Music Facilities:** Sky TV, DVDs and Bose sound system.
- **Linen:** All linens and towels provided.
