## About The Property

Here at The Cross Foxes we are very welcoming to large groups; with a capacity size of 27, The Cross Foxes has 7 newly refurbished rooms and 5 bathrooms. This is a fantastic large house with a mix of double bedrooms and bunkbeds, ideal for large groups away for an activity-based weekend, families and friends for reunions, and other group types looking for a comfortable base from which to explore Snowdonia and North Wales, with the coast also within easy reach. Corporate groups are also most welcome. Exclusive use of the whole property is available to large groups.

Our location is fantastic in the heart of Snowdonia on the Snowdonia Way and close to a very wide range of activities. There's fantastic walking and cycling and lots of opportunities for water-based activities on the nearby lake.

Perfect for cycling groups. we have a bike tool station and a stores to keep your bikes safe. The Cross Foxes is the halfway point of the Traws Eryri 200km off road cycle route. 

On the ground floor at The Cross Foxes there is a restaurant serving fantastic locally sourced food and a separate bar, both with flat screen TVs that have Sky Sports, a pool table and darts board. The outside beer garden has brand new seating and is also always open with parasols for all weathers.

Pets are welcome at The Cross Foxes.

## Facilities

- **Dog Friendly:** Pets are welcome in and outside the premises providing they are well behaved.
- **Accessibility:** We do not currently have any ground floor bedrooms or disabled facilities.
- **WiFi:** Free WiFi is provided.
- **Kitchen:** We do not provide kitchen equipment or self catering facilities as there is a restaurant downstairs serving breakfast, lunch and dinner.
- **Dining Room:** Dining room in the restaurant seats 25 but seating in the bar can be used for dining if necessary to cater for up to 40 people.
- **Sitting Room:** The stone bar is typically more for sitting, with a wood burner and flat screen TV with Sky Sports. It also has a pool table and darts board.
- **TV and Music Facilities:** There are 3 flat screen TVs in the property, all with Sky sports. We often have live music such as bands, DJs and karaoke nights for entertainment.
- **Games Room:** We have a pool table, darts board, slot machine and hold regular quiz nights and poker nights here at The Cross Foxes. Anyone is welcome to join in.
- **Heating and Open Fires:** Wood burners in the stone bar for a cosy seating area.
- **Bedrooms:** 1 king room, 1 double room with bunkbed and 5 bunkbed rooms.
- **Linen:** Bedding provided free of charge but towels are not provided - please bring your own.
- **Bathrooms:** Newly refurbished bathrooms dotted around the building. Currently 4 showers, 1 bath, 3 toilets along with separate toilets on the ground floor.
- **Children's Facilities:** Children are welcome however we do not currently provide high chairs or cots.
- **Outdoor:** Beer garden style outdoor seating with parasols.
- **Parking:** Parking is available to the rear of the building.
- **Smoking:** Smoking is allowed outside only.
