There are actual sleeping spaces for 16 but maximum occupancy is 15 which gives you flexibility to plan your stay according to your party requirements.
Family bathroom with vanity unit, WC, bath and over-bath shower, a separate shower room with large walk in shower, WC and basin plus a downstairs cloakroom with WC and basin.
The kitchen comprises gas hob, double electric fan oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, large larder fridge and microwave oven plus a washer/dryer.
The dining area has French doors opening out onto the garden and terrace area at the front of the house with garden furniture and BBQ.
In the large living room there is a log burning stove and 40" TV, DVD, Firestick and Sky TV including Sky Cinema package.
The snug off the living area has a fully sprung, full size sofa-bed, TV, DVD player, Chromecast, iPod dock/radio/CD player and a huge selection of books, games and puzzles for all ages.
Outside there are lovely gardens to front and two acres of woodland to the rear with sloping lawn area to take in the fabulous views down into the valley below. Parking by the house is for 3-4 cars with further free, roadside parking nearby.
