Our purpose-built centre in Swanage provides facilities to ensure you have all you need for a great residential experience, whether you are a large family group, or a school or youth group seeking accommodation in a stunning location. The centre has 4 separate buildings, each with its own recreational area, which are assigned based on your group number. Our dormitories are as follows:
Studland Building - Sleeps up to 47 across 12 en suite bedrooms
Durlston Building - Sleeps up to 44 across 5 bedrooms (18, 18, 2, 2, 4). The 2 large bunk rooms have a toilet and shower room each, the 3 smaller rooms are en suite
Peveril Building - Sleeps up to 32 across 10 en suite bedrooms
Bungalow - Sleeps up to 16 across 4 bedrooms (6, 6, 2, 2), 3 toilet/ shower rooms
Each accommodation building has a small kitchenette (microwave, toaster and kettle) and lounge area for leaders. Each residential building also comes with it's own separate private recreation/ lounge area for use during your stay.
Catering facilities on-site including a large dining room that sits 72. Groups can take advantage of our full board option with the self-catering option limited to the bungalow only.
There are facilities on site for a variety of adventure activities plus space for both outdoor and indoor recreation, all set in 6 acres of grounds. We also have a classroom on site to enable more educational elements to be included if required. Most activities take place off site, at amazing locations which can include Swanage town and beach, Dancing Ledge, Dorset Waterpark, Durlston Country Park, Lulworth Cove, Durdle Door, Corfe Castle and Studland beach.
As an Outdoor Adventure provider, we can take you off-site to enjoy one of many adventure experiences with us. These include Coasteering, Climbing, Paddle-boarding, Kayaking, Canoeing and Raft Racing. Or you can remain on site and enjoy High and Low Ropes, Tunnelling, Tag Archery, and Air Rifle Shooting!
