With breathtaking views of the delightful Ribble Valley, and close to the village of Chipping, Cuthbert Hill Farm is perfect for active families or groups of friends looking to enjoy fabulous walking and cycling routes, of which there are an abundance available on the doorstep. Stag and hen celebration groups are also welcome.

The farmhouse offers sociable accommodation with a fully equipped kitchen with wood burner and armchairs plus inside dining for the whole group. Gather outside on the patio and make full use of the barbecue, grill and heater on a balmy evening. The lounge is spacious, with comfy sofas and cosy wood burners. The well stocked games room is ideal for the youngsters (and young at heart!) for a game of pool, table football or to watch Netflix on the large Smart TV while lounging on giant beanbags.

Outside living is very much part of a stay at Cuthbert Hill Farm; a patio with seating maximises on the extensive countryside views while enjoying a drink at sundown, or take a soak in the covered hot tub to ease muscles after a day out walking. The gardens and floral displays are beautifully maintained, and large lawns allow the children and dogs to romp.

Bedrooms can be set up as super kings or twins (using zip and links) to suit, handy for a mixed gathering, and all smart spaces with tasteful decor. 2 bedrooms also have an extra quality pop up single bed (small additional charge), allowing up to 14 people to stay here. There are 4 bathrooms including 1 with a roll top for a touch of extra luxury.

Chipping offers 2 pubs and a tearoom within walking distance, all family friendly. The house is near the Chipping Round, a 20 mile circular cycling route. Fancy a day at the beach? Morecambe Bay can be reached in 45 minutes for a family day out or a hike along the coastal path. The Ribble Valley National Landscape is known for its scenic countryside, delicious food and famous landmarks.
