The Dairy House is a large detached Victorian house located close to the foreshore of Portsmouth Harbour. Offering sea views from the lounge and boasting a super fun games room this property is ideal for family get-togethers, celebrations, reunions and much more.
Each of the 7 bedrooms has a king size double bed which can separate to create 2 single beds if required plus 2 of the bedrooms are 'family rooms' to sleep 3-4 guests.
The 5 bathrooms all have showers and the main 1st floor bathroom is fitted with a large sumptuous corner bath, with all hotel quality linen and towels included.
The kitchen is designed for self-catering and comes fitted with all mod cons, a large range style gas cooker, washing machine, dishwasher, an American style fridge freezer and there is also a second fridge freezer if required.
The downstairs dining room houses a large oak table with 16 dining chairs plus a smaller overspill table and 4 chairs to allow dining for up to 20 guests within one room.
The lounge also comfortably seats 20 with a large picture window to view the goings on in the Harbour and across to Portsdown Hill.
The games room has a pool table with table tennis top, a 50" TV plus Wii and plenty of games to keep all amused for hours.
Finally there is the conservatory off the dining and games room where it is lovely to escape with your morning tea and toast and enjoy the first of the morning sun.
