Dale House Farm is a stylish countryside retreat sleeping up to 12 (with a sofa bed for additional guests if required), set within 4 acres of Derbyshire countryside and created for family and friends to relax, have fun and enjoy time together. The house has been carefully restored to provide comfortable, welcoming spaces. At the heart of the home is the open-plan kitchen and dining area, with plenty of room to cook, gather around the table and catch up over breakfast or dinner. There are 2 lounges, giving everyone the choice to relax or get involved in the group fun. One lounge is a cosy spot for watching TV or a catch up, while the other is made for entertainment, with an arcade machine, table football and a darts board, and with a wood burner and doors leading onto a covered balcony with seating and a darts area. Outside, there is even more to enjoy. The enclosed, covered entertaining area ensures that you can make the most of being outdoors whatever the weather. Relax in the private hot tub, challenge each other to a game of outdoor pool or sit back and take in the Derbyshire countryside views. There's also a fire pit, perfect for a cosy evening outside with drinks or for toasting marshmallows. Children are catered for with a playground, and dogs can be exercised in a dedicated field. Dale House Farm for 10 has 4 bedrooms, sleeping a mixture of adults and children, with 2 bathrooms and a downstairs WC. For larger or multi-generational groups, the Cow Shed can be booked alongside Dale House Farm. The Cow Shed sleeps 2, a separate 1 bedroom cottage with its own entrance, private hot tub and outdoor space. Booking both properties gives a group the best of both worlds, with everyone on the same site but with a more private space for any members of the group that this may suit.  There is plenty to discover nearby, with Bakewell, Matlock, Chatsworth and Haddon Hall all within easy reach. Chesterfield is just 10 minutes away for shops, cafes, bars and the cinema, while the Peak District is right on the doorstep for walking, cycling and active days out. ## Facilities - **Dog Friendly:** Dog friendly.
