## About The Property

Set it the mountain biking heartland of Tasmania, Dales of Derby is a purpose-built, modern group accommodation venue, sleeping up to 24 guests. 

With contemporary architecture throughout, the space has been designed for even the largest group to enjoy with warm spaces and great flow through the building. The main hub is the common space and kitchen, ideal for breakfast together while planning the day ahead. 

After a good day out, the comfortable sleeping areas comprise of four rooms with queen-sized beds and the remaining two rooms in the sleeping area contain group bunk bed accommodations for 16.

Outside there is a great BBQ area and deck, plus lockable bike storage. The area is a hotspot for mountain biking enthusiasts, with world class trails and amazing scenery.

- **Dining Room:** Communal dining area and full commercial kitchen.

- **Bedrooms:** 4 x queen sized bedrooms, 2 x bunkrooms each sleeping 8.
- **Bathrooms:** Shared bathroom/toilet facilities for the group.
- **Heating and Open Fires:** Wood heater in the communal space.
- **Linen:** Linen and towels included.
- **Parking:** Off street parking.

- $1200 per night for 2 nights
- $1100 per night for 3 nights +
- Winter Rate- less $200 per night (1 May – 31 August)
- $400 one off cleaning fee per booking
