It accommodates 30 people on a self-catering basis and offers a fully catering-equipped and spacious kitchen and adjoining room for dining and other activities, a large but cosy sitting room with plenty of easy chairs.  Please enquire for prices. There are five upstairs bedrooms, sleeping up to 20 people in bunks and single beds (6,6,5,2,1) - bed linen supplied- and another two bedrooms downstairs with beds for 5 in each which open onto the patio. Next door are two accessible WCs and showers , as well as another two showers, washbasins and WCs upstairs. A floor plan is available. There is a pool table, board games, a piano and a sheltered garden with picnic tables. There are grass areas with fire pit suitable for games and, by arrangement, overflow camping for up to 15. With ample parking for up to eight cars, and free internet access. (No TV) The trains from London Liverpool Street via Ipswich actually stop at the centre (because it is the old station!). Regular train services every hour. ## Facilities - **Dog Friendly:** We welcome pets by prior arrangement. - **Accessibility:** Disabled access and downstairs bathroom. - **WiFi:** Free internet access. Good mobile reception. - **Kitchen:** There is a spacious, renovated kitchen which is fully equipped. - **Dining Room:** The dining room can seat up to twenty four guests. - **Sitting Room:** There is a spacious and comfortable sitting room. - **TV and Music Facilities:** Piano and radio/cd player. No TV (please note there is no TV licence so live programs are not permitted on any device) - **Games Room:** There is a pool table, board games and a piano. - **Heating and Open Fires:** Central heating. - **Bedrooms:** Five upstairs bedrooms, sleeping up to 20 people in bunks and single beds, and another two bedrooms downstairs with beds for 4 and 4. - **Linen:** Linen is provided. - **Bathrooms:** There are showers and WCs both upstairs and downstairs. - **Children's Facilities:** Pool table and other games. - **Outdoor:** Patio picnic area.
