Big self catering house sleeping 24 near Aldeburgh and Southwold on the east coast for group activities and holidays

The house is comfortable, full of character and recently re-furbished. It accommodates 24 people on a self-catering basis and offers a fully catering-equipped and spacious kitchen and adjoining room for dining and other activities, a large but cosy sitting room with plenty of easy chairs. From September 2024 the bed capacity will increase from 24 to 30. See our website for prices.

There are five upstairs bedrooms, sleeping up to 16 people in bunks and single beds (5,5,4,1,1) - bed linen supplied- and another two bedrooms downstairs with beds for 4 in each, next door to a pair of accessible WCs and showers for less able visitors, as well as showers, washbasins and WCs upstairs and down.

There is a pool table, board games, bicycles, a piano and a sheltered garden with picnic tables. There are grass areas suitable for games and, by arrangement, overflow camping for up to 15.

With ample parking for up to six cars, and free internet access.

The trains from London Liverpool Street via Ipswich actually stop at the centre (because it is the old station!). Regular train services every hour.
