Welcome to our beautiful Grade II listed country house, the perfect retreat for multi-generational families, friendship groups, and outdoor enthusiasts.  Sleeping up to 24 guests, our spacious home offers seven en-suite bedrooms, providing the perfect balance of social spaces and private havens to unwind.  

Nestled in the peaceful Dentdale valley within the Yorkshire Dales, the house is surrounded by stunning natural beauty, wildlife and the soothing sounds of the River Dee.  Set within its own enclosed grounds , it offers complete privacy privacy and a serene environment where you can truly relax, recharge and reconnect.

Whether you're setting off on a gentle riverside strolls, challenging yourself to the Three Peaks or simply soaking in the tranquil surroundings, this is a haven where unforgettable memories are made.  Come reset, reconnect and enjoy the magic of the Yorkshire Dales. 

Here's what you can expect: 

  • Living Spaces: A cosy lounge with a wood burner for relaxing evenings, a dining room for perfect shared meals, a fully equipped kitchen with range cooker and a commercial-grade dishwasher to handle large groups with ease.
  • Recreation: A games room stocked with pool table, darts, table tennis and games.  Super fast WiFi throughout the house. 
  • Bedrooms and Bathrooms: A ground- floor double room with separate shower and toilet, ideal for guests with limited mobility.  On the first floor, there are 6 en-suite bedrooms offering a mix of double beds with bunks, making it easy to accommodate different family or group arrangements.
  • Additional Conveniences: A drying room for outdoor gear, a washing machine and ample parking.  Bed linen and towels are provided, saving you packing space.
  • Outdoor Amenities: Enclosed grounds ensure privacy and safety and well-behaved dogs are welcome by request. 
  • House Policies: Strictly No Smoking or Vaping indoors to maintain a fresh clean environment.
