A Scottish Highland estate on the edge of the Cairngorms National Park, Delnabo is a special choice for businesses looking to take the team away from the workplace for project development and future planning.

Delnabo Lodge is an 18th century luxury house with a large dining room for whole group presentations and meetings as well as plenty of breakaway areas. It’s got tonnes of inspiring space outside to use for team activities with lovely, landscaped gardens, lawns, and fishing on the River Avon. Offsite there is a whole range of activities and experiences available.

Delnabo is an impressive house, and the reception rooms create a wonderful feeling of indulgence. The kitchen makes culinary preparation for large numbers a breeze whether you opt for self-catering or for the services of a private chef. The dining room can seat up to 18 guests and for less formal occasions the kitchen up to 10. There is a beautiful drawing room for down time with soft sofas and an open fire. A second sitting room provides an alternative for more intimate discussion.

The Ghillies Hall is a great facility, with a huge log fire, tables and chairs, comfy sofas and facilities for conferences, meetings, banquets, and indoor activities such as Yoga or Pilates in this quintessential and atmospheric highland space.

Bailebeg and McLeod’s are cosy cottages completed to a very high standard of design, a stone’s throw from the Lodge, self-contained and offering space for breakout groups, with peace and privacy that the alternative provides.

## Booking Information

- We are flexible on check in days but the check in time is after 4.00 pm and check out by 10.00 am.  50% of total cost is required at booking, the balance must be paid in full no later than 6 weeks before the start of the stay.  We require a £500 good housekeeping deposit.
