Set down quiet country lanes between Bryncroes and Sarn, and close to Abersoch, Deri offers space, comfort and a few luxury touches that make it feel extra special from the moment you arrive. Stags and hens are welcome too. Hot tub hire can be arranged through a local company. The heart of the cottage is the large open plan living area with oak kitchen, granite worktops and a big dining table where everyone can eat together, great for catching up with all the news. Comfortable sofas, a TV and a real log burner create a warm and welcoming space for evenings in. There's also a separate conservatory lounge, enabling a mixed age group to spread out. Outside are patios at the back for sunny mornings with barbecue and outdoor dining for relaxed evenings round the front of the property. There's plenty of parking, a sauna and access to a large shared play area with a climbing frame, football goals and trampoline. Deri is dog friendly too, making this house ideal for the whole family. Deri sleeps 10 comfortably, with 2 superking bedrooms that can be made into twins on request giving flexibility for different types of group. The family room has a king bed plus full size bunk beds. The 4th bedroom is a real treat with a hand crafted romantic 4 poster super king bed, a corner whirlpool bath for 2 in the room and its own conservatory sitting area. This room also has an en suite shower room, while another bedroom has its own en suite with level entry shower. The remaining bedrooms share a stylish bathroom with a bath and steam shower cabin. Each bedroom has its own TV so everyone can unwind in their own space. Aberdaron is close by, an old fishing village set within a stunning landscape and close to stunning coastal walks. Abersoch has a large, relatively sheltered sandy beach on the southeast facing side of the Llyn Peninsula, a magnet for families with safe bathing and a centre for watersports - and you can hire a beach hut for the day. ## Facilities - **Dog Friendly:** Pets welcome.
