Deri Llyn sleeps 10 in 4 bedrooms all on the ground floor. 2 bedrooms are twins with a zip up option to form superking 6' bed, 1 with an en suite level entry shower, TV. Bedroom 3 is a family room with 1 king bed and full size bunks plus TV. Bedroom 2 and 3 share a bathroom with bath and steam-shower cubicle. Bedroom 4 is a superking 4 poster bed with a whirlpool type bath in the bedroom, opening out into a conservatory/sitting area with TV. En suite shower room.
Deri has an open plan kitchen/living area with a TV, a conservatory/lounge with sofa and TV, utility room and sauna.
Gadlas offers a painted oak kitchen with dining table and TV on the ground floor. On the first floor there is a large lounge with sofas, TV and log burner.
2 bedrooms are twins, with zip up option to form superking 6' bed,TV, again 1 with an en suite level entry shower. Bedroom 3 is a family room with 1 king bed plus full size bunks,TV. Bedroom 2 and 3 share a bathroom with steam-shower cubicle. Bedroom 4 is a king size with en suite shower. Bedroom 5 is a family room with 1 king and 2 single beds, en suite bathroom, free-standing bath with shower mixer baths taps.
There is also a utility area and a sauna.
There are breakfast patios to the front of each cottage with picnic benches for enjoying the morning sun, each opening out onto a small communal grass area, with a private garden area with barbecues and outside dining furniture at the rear. Both have private entrances and parking. A large communal playing area has a climbing frame, football goals and 14ft trampoline.
