Changeover is usually Friday or Monday (other days on request).
Mid week break 2 nights +.
Min 3 night stay during August.
25% of total deposit, balance 4 weeks before arrival.
We also require a £ 200 damage deposit which is returned so long as the house is left as found.

Diamond House is located in the centre of South Leverton village opposite All Saints Church. It is surrounded by quiet, peaceful countryside.

Retford, Notts.
Village shop 1 mile, Asda/Morrisons in Retford. All supermarkets will deliver so long as someone is there to receive the groceries.
Royal Oak in North Leverton. The Plough in the Village - no food. The Bees Knees, Laneham.
Robin Hood Airport, Doncaster - will provide transport if necessary.
Retford - good taxi service to the house.
